Matt Mumma founded Red Tide Advisory Services® in 2023 and serves as its Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Matt brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, human services, provider operations, compliance, governance, growth strategy, private equity-backed organizations, and social-impact real estate.
His executive background includes prior roles as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. He has also served as a Board Member, Board Officer, and Board Advisor for multiple organizations nationwide.
Throughout his career, Matt has helped create, develop, lead, grow, and support organizations locally, regionally, and nationally. His experience includes helping organizations grow to more than $700 million in total enterprise value, including one organization that increased by nearly $100 million in value over a twelve-month period.
Through Red Tide, Matt advises health and human service providers, private equity sponsors, investors, healthcare real estate platforms, boards, and leadership teams on strategy, transactions, operations, compliance, risk, post-close execution, and long-term value creation.
Matt is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology, with academic focus areas including organizational, developmental, and cognitive psychology
Emily Hermiller joined Red Tide Advisory Services® in 2024 and serves as Business Operations Manager. In this role, she supports bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project coordination, contract management, and internal business operations.
Emily brings experience working with nonprofit organizations, event coordination, team leadership, and organizational support. Her work helps Red Tide maintain structure, responsiveness, and consistency across client engagements and internal operations.
Emily is a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, with a focus in event planning.
